Library of Congress: Evaluation Design for Teaching with Primary Sources Grant Program

While working with the Educational Policy Institute, Dr. Shaffer coordinated development of an evaluation framework for the Library's Teaching with Primary Sources Grant Program. She facilitated logic model development with each grantee and identified common program elements that were incorporated into the framework.
